Copic Fun Carrying Case

This is my very first time participating in PTI's Blog Hop. I'm so excited!

Using Lauren Meader's wonderful template "All Boxed Up" I created a Copic Marker and Image Carrying Case. I love coloring images with my Copic Markers. I still need a bit of practice so I color for fun whenever I get the chance. Sometimes that means while I am in the carpool line at school, or a doctor's office, or just in front of the tv with the family. So I created this cute little holder so I can take it with me. It's small enough to be portable anywhere. Even fits in my purse!

{You can click on the images for a larger picture}

In these pictures you can see how compact it is:

When you open it up, one side holds the images which are your basic 1/4 sheet size.

And the other side holds the Copic Markers inside of a Clear Card box. I used sticky strip to hold the Clear Card box onto the cardstock. The box fits 9 Copic Ciao Markers (or Sketch Markers on their side) perfectly.

It was so easy to make that I created another one just for fun!

I hope you enjoyed seeing my creations! If you get a chance to make one yourself, please let me know. I'd love to see yours!!

  8. Susan this idea is rockin awesome - I must make one for myself for the exact purpose you shared. I'm still practicing with my copics and this would be a perfect way to have them on the go - it would also be an ADORABLE way to "gift" a set of copics to a friend. Can you email me about how you attached the box? I'm not sure I get that part - stampinpam@me.com

  11. I would love to know what card boxes you are using. It looks smaller then the ones they sell on PTI. Where did you get yours and what are the dimensions. I think this would make great gifts for a person who is starting a copic collection. You can answer through my blog or here is my e-mail. vicrain1@earthlink.net

  33. Thanks for the comment on my blog, and in looking at your blog, your work is great! Glad I came to look.

    I think these cases stood out because I wouldn't have thought to use the clear cardstock/clear card boxes with the templates.... I'm thinking that might have to be my next experiment. =)

    See you on the PTI boards.
