Melon Thanks for PTI Swap

{you can click on the image to enlarge the picture}

I bought some PTI Melon cardstock quite a while ago. I thought I liked it, then I didn't. But now I think I do again...Maybe. I think the key is to match it up with the right colors. Not sure if I achieved that but here it is. This card is a case of one of Dawn McVey's cards that you can see HERE. I left the tag off because I wanted to keep things simple. I guess I'm still trying to find my style. {Sigh} But I'll tell you, I am just happy to be stamping again!!!! Keep an eye out for my next PTI Swap card. Coming soon!

Stamps: PTI Text Background, Fancy Flourishes & CHA exclusive set
Ink: SU Certainly Celery & Old Olive
Paper: PTI Melon Berry & Vintage Cream, SU Old Olive
Misc: SU Old Olive grosgrain ribbon, twine, paper studio button,EK Success Punch

  3. Very very pretty card. I really liked the color combination. I think Melon berry needs to be paired with some stronger colors for it to stand out. :) Just my two cents.
